We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Tucked quietly 1 block away (150 yds, yes we counted) from all that is buzzing on Grandview Ave, our guests enjoy easy access along with the peace and quiet that this space has to offer. This space comes with all the essentials; off street parking, full kitchen w/ coffee bar, fully renovated, up to the year touches, stylish decor and best in class location, footsteps from the iconic Grandview Avenue.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$15 charge for lost keys
-$10 per guest per night after 1st guest
- Must clean up after yourself
-Take off your shoes
-Be accurate about the amount of guests staying
-Any unreported guests will be a double charge
-$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside
-Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down
-The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out
-$20 up front pet fee, and we also count pets as guests

The place is extremely clean and comfortable. Joe is a really responsive host and was able to move me to an even better location when the original booking I had was compromised due to basement flooding. Will stay again!

Location is heart of Grandview corrider. Interior design is quality. Front porch furniture is coastal comfortable for relaxing conversation about many topics & options for out & about in Grandview. Access to OSU events, Wexner Medical Center, Schott events & downtown all within 10 minutes by car. Neighborhood is walkable for dining in area where parking is premium. Definitely book this space. Check out host provided local dining tips! Plus: Cambridge Tea House, Marinos, Grand Day Cafe & Red Hook Grill.

Great location northwest of downtown, but still within 20 minutes of the entire city! This Airbnb is a duplex so beware you may have “neighbors,” but it is overall a great space

Wow, this place is incredible! It’s literally 150 feet from from Grandview Avenue! I went to the Grandview Cafe because Joe suggested it and I’m so happy I did! Joe was also available at anytime I had any questions and was always ready to point me in the right direction. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing/modern home atmosphere located in the middle of one of the best young professional neighborhoods in Columbus! If you get the chance to stay here you totally should!!

Joe’s place was everything and more! Awesome location- a block from grandview Ave and yummy food like Sweet Carrot and Winking Lizard. The staff was attentive and very nice! Would recommend every time.

This place was well beyond expectations. The owner answers so fast and is so helpful. It is also really really clean. It’s just a quick uber to the area district for a hockey game. I had a great first experience with this place.

This is a cute, stylish apartment that is in a great safe location!! It is so comfortable and has everything you need. It is close to all the great restaurants and shops on Grandview so you can walk to dinner and not pay for a valet!!

This place is wonderful. I knew nothing about Columbus and turns out this spot is in one of the safest neighborhoods. It’s literally one street back from the main street filled with good restaurants and cute shopping. The place is well kept, stylish and comfortable.

Joe and Mike are terrific hosts. They respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. The location is awesome, safe, and upscale. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, yet the home is quiet and very comfy. The beds are wonderful, the shower is roomy, and the house is very clean. Lots of towels, pillows, and blankets. Kitchen is also fabulous. I would stay here again for sure.

Overall the place was clean, easy to find, and very nice. Was ready to go when we arrived and everything was laid out for us. I will say that 5-6 people would be a tight fit since their is one bathroom and mirror, but it lived up to expectations.

Wonderful location, great interior. Mike the property manager was amazingly helpful. No hair dryer, and missing instructions like WiFi password and thermostat instructions so just be sure to ask before you go.

Location is wonderful! We were able to get everywhere we needed to be within minutes. The listing photos are different than how the place actually looks, but nothing major. This wasn’t a “fancy” air bnb as the listing title says, but it was fine overall. I would stay here again!

We arrived very late and just needed to catch some zzz's. We really wished we could have stayed longer. It is a great value. Classy, clean, minimalism in a very modern good way. I love seeing places where they have restored or redecorated an older building and keep it's charm alive. We weren'table to park in the back, but there was plenty of parking on the street. There is some different furniture than in the pictures, however, it is just as lovely and similar style. No big deal. Although we didn't need it, best bottle opener ever. Lol. We would definitely stay again.

The location was very good for my business and social needs. A big problem was lack of window covering for a bedroom window that overlooked a parking lot. Not only was there privacy concerns but the light from the parking lot at night was annoying. Parking is very tight especially if you have a big vehicle. Lighting for reading in the apartment is poor except the kitchen. I think the shower floor and hinge work could be scrubbed. Noise from upstairs tenants is a reality.

My sister and I stayed here while we were on a road trip back to Michigan. The place was very nice. It was sparkling clean and we loved the look of it! It was located in a great neighborhood and it was not very far from restaurants. The hosts were super nice and quick to respond! The check in and check out was very easy too!! There was a spot to park in the driveway so I didn’t have to park on the street. I would definitely recommend staying here and If i was going back to Columbus I would definitely stay here again.

Had an issue with the bedroom door being locked upon arrival and front door being unlocked, but once I got it situated I enjoyed my stay. Nice place with nice touches, with the bare minimum you would expect of a place.

This property was double booked and we did not stay there. The host did wind up finding us another location to stay and rectified the problem. Even though there was quite a bit of frustration involved, the host did fix the situation in a timely manner.

I'm from Maryland and I was in Ohio because my mother who lived in OH had a bad fall and was in the ICU. The house was only a few minutes away so I was able to get back and forth without any problems. The response time to my questions was very fast. The home was clean and welcoming. It was a comfort to come to after a long day at the hospital. I highly recommend this home and host.

The place was great! Location was within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants/shopping and very easy to get to when I was in town for work trip for a week. Check in was a breeze and the place itself was very clean and well organized. I felt like I was at home (great TV/living room area and nice shower) and it had all the amenities I could possibly have needed. Exceeded all my expectations and was a really great value!

This was a really great Airbnb. You have the entire bottom floor with a bedroom kitchen and living room. It was very clean check in with very easy. It was located in walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Parking was easy with extra parking on the street. This was definitely one of the nicer airbnb's I stayed at. One quick note that you should be aware of is this is an older house. That means that if you're on the bottom you can hear the people up top walk around. This wasn't very bad for the second guests that stayed above us as they were a normal couple. However the first two nights we were there we had a noisy group of people who were very loud late Into the night. They even woke us up at 3 a.m. one night when they came home extremely drunk. This of course is not the fault of the hosts however it is something that you need to be aware of. We still gave this place 5 stars as the location condition of the place and price are hard to beat.
