The space
First off all, our space gets its best ratings due to its amazing location. It’s truly one of the best being directly a crossed from one of the most beautiful parks in all of Columbus, Goodale Park. That being stated, it’s right off 670 where it meets goodale so it does come with a bit of street noise. Although our home is a bit older, this space comes fully furnished with all of your modern lodging accommodations including a full kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, high end dishwasher, oven, microwave and stove top. Our living area is furnished decoratively with plenty of seating arrangements, lush leather couches, a desk area and television set. The bedroom houses a closet for storage with a queen sized bed for two. Extra guests can sleep comfortably on our high end air mattress or leather couch. A shared washer and dryer is available on the basement level along with additional storage. Also an amazing feat, this space comes with free off street parking, a rarity in any greater metropolitan area.Interaction with guests

Booked this trip as a surprised for my 1-year anniversary. She loved it:) The locations is ideal as the Short North was so close. The place overlooks scenic Goodale Park while also offering views of the Columbus skyline.
The place was very clean the only downside would be being able to hear the constant traffic from the highway.

The location could not have been better. Everything my husband and I wanted to visit was between 10-20 minutes away. The place had everything you could need for a few nights stay.

This is a very desirable location in Columbus. The space itself was fine. There was a party going on below us, so we had trouble sleeping, but it could have been bad luck that we chose a bad night (it was a Saturday).

Everything about this location was perfect! The only trouble that we ran into was parking but that was due to the 4th of July weekend and people that do not live in the apartments were taking up spots.
Perfect-sized space for one or two people, and less than two miles from the OSU campus, made even more accessible by the shared electric scooters all around. Comfortable, and Joe is great at answering questions quickly!

This is a great stay! Clean And very convenient to the short north in downtown Columbus Ohio. Quiet neighborhood sure it’s Poppin on a Friday and Saturday night but Sunday was just right!
Joe's place is in a good location. Close to freeway so noise is a slight issue. The place is clean and comfortable. More like a hotel than someones home.

Expect a clean, cozy comfortable place. Security is great with an entry code to the building as well as a key to the unit. The unit is close to everything. No complaints!

Joes place was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our time in Columbus. Very affordable, comfortable, and close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Plus it is stocked with free coffee which is always a plus.
