German Village's Cutest Contemporary Cottage Home is nothing shy of it's title. This is a perfect blend of quaint, tasteful and modern. The stylish touches including great literature and wall art work put the cherry on the top of this space that is located just a few blocks south of one of Columbus' best rated parks; Schiller Park.

The space

This space comes fully furnished with kitchen essentials, bathroom goodies, comfortable sheets and pillows and stylish touches. Our bed room houses a queen sized bed and the sofa bed shifts into a queen sized comfortable for two. This cottage home packs a lot into such a quaint space so we allow no more than four guests per stay. This space also comes with a free keaurig coffee station, free on street parking and a full private yard to enjoy.

Guest access

Guest have access to everything in the cottage home and the yard space south of the cottage!

Interaction with guests

This property is managed my Hosting Made Easy who has an hour response policy during the hours of 8 AM to 9 PM.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$5 for additional guests
- Clean your own personal clutter
- Take off your shoes
-Be accurate about the amount of guests staying
-Any unreported guests will be a double charge
-$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside
- Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet
- Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down especially past 10 PM
-$20 up front pet fee, and we also count pets as guests
