This luxurious home is located accommodation right in the heart of historic German Village of Columbus. This amazing location puts you within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants like Club 185, Lindeys, G Michaels and Alpine. This home is just .3 miles to the south end of downtown, one mile south of Short North and a few miles to Campus and Grandview. Fully renovated as of spring 2019.

The space

This luxurious home is the premier accommodation for those looking to capture the comfort of a beautiful, spacious home in modern fashion while being tucked off of the dreamy brick roads of German Village. This space comes fully stocked with all 'hotel' like accommodations you would expect at a 4 star venue. All appliances are up to date and new and this home was just renovated with its modern style in Spring of 2019. Please, be our guest and see just how sweet it is to relax in downtown fashion!

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

- $150 charge for lost parking pass
-$15 charge for lost keys
- Clean your own personal clutter
- Take off your shoes
-Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $20 additional charge per guest.
-Any unreported guests will be a double charge
- There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night
-$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside
- Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet
- Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down
-The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The entire place is beautiful and very clean. There are great amenities like a beautiful back patio and access to washer/dryer in the unit. Not to mention it’s walking distance from some great coffee and food spots. Super easy and comfortable stay!

This home was gorgeous and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all our questions. It’s a great location from which to explore Columbus or just walk around German Village. Ideal location in the German village (and parking wasn’t (Email hidden by Airbnb) fortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. Note, the 3rd bed and bathroom for that bed is accessed only by walking through another bedroom.

This cute little townhouse was perfect for my daughter and me to meet up for a couple days together. We walked in the quiet, seemingly safe neighborhood for tapas, drinks, pastries, and coffee (even though the host provided a nice Keurig-like machine and cups.) We also very easily navigated a short trip in the car for mani-pedi's and a drug store run. The provided bed and bath linens were nice. The ceilings on the main floor are delightfully high but that means tall stairs to the bedrooms. The railing was very sturdy and we have good knees so we had no trouble. We loved our time in this house and would rent it again.

This house suited our needs perfectly! It’s location in the heart of historic German Village made for great touristing and lovely, scenic walks. The space was sparkling clean and relaxing. Little touches like water bottles to welcome us and free k-cups for coffee made our stay pleasant. Mike, our host, had excellent, timely responses that helped us figure out anything that came up. I had a fantastic stay! The spot is spacious & clean. Location is convenient - near freeways, good eats (Lindeys) & bars (185 comes to mind) & grocery store (Kroger). German village is terribly charming with its picturesque brick houses w/ vine crawling. Really appreciate host for everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing space, plenty of room for your party of any size. We had 8 guys there and we didn't feel crowded at all. The place was extremely clean and in a great area. It's in the heart of German Village / Brewery District and there are so many awesome restaurants, bars and breweries that we wish we had more time. The house in German Village was beautiful and in such a great location. Our group was in town for a conference and the house was just a 10 minute walk to the Southern Theatre. The beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and amenities exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

This house is in a quiet nice location. It was very clean but note-all bedrooms are either on 2nd or 3rd floor. Those using the 3rd floor bedroom, must go through the 2nd bedroom to ascend the stairs or come back down through this bedroom to use the bathroom. Regardless, they Owner is very responsive to our questions and I do recommend this house. Price was certainly reasonable being shared on a girl’s trip. Location is close to the Franklin Park Conservatory and for dinner we took a quick Uber.

This was the perfect stay for us for a wedding down the street at Vue. The beds were super comfortable and the house was pretty much spotless. Parking was pretty easy to find and there were many bars and restaurants/cafes in walking distance. Our only complaint is that in order to get to the upstairs bedroom you had to walk through another bedroom, but we were all friends so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Super spacious and very clean! Loved the memory foam (I think?) mattress. Can’t beat the location—we were only in town for the night, but it was delightful to walk out the door and stroll to Stauf’s coffee in the morning!

Beautiful house and there is a parking pass provided to assist with parking on surrounding streets. Currently there is construction on the streets surrounding it so I would suggesting parking and taking an Uber where ever you go. We left for a short period of time and had to park farther away. I will say it’s a nice place for a group of people. I would suggest bringing tablets, laptops with you if you like to watch tv in bed. There is a tv in living room and third floor.

Had a great stay in German Village! The property’s location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere all weekend. Lindey’s is a block away, where we had dinner one day and lunch the next. Alpine is literally across the street with amazing pizza. And Antiques on High is just a few minute walk away. The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. There is a ton of space with both the first and second floor, and the finished loft/attic. Was just two of us there for the weekend but was nice to have all the space to stretch out. Will definitely look this place up again in the future should we ever want to stay in the area again.

We stayed at Joe's place while in town for appointments at Nationwide Children's Hospital. It is a 5 minute drive from the hospital and conveniently located to many dining options. Quaint neighborhood! The home is very clean and well suited for a large group.

Great area and a nice place to stay! Check-in was easy and the beds were SUPER comfortable memory foam mattresses. Made for a very good night’s sleep. FYI, the third floor room is only accessible through one of the second floor bedrooms. Not a deal-breaker but something to consider when making your arrangements! My coworkers and I agree that we would stay here again.

The space is very open, and clean. Seating is ok, maybe a bigger couch since this house is able to sleep more then 4 people. The door going to the 3rd floor loft is in the 2nd bedroom, so if anyone stays up there be ready to go through someone’s bedroom at night if a bathroom break is needed.
