House Rules
Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.House rules so you have them on hand:
- $150 charge for lost parking pass
-$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter
-Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest.
-Any unreported guests will be a double charge
-$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside
-Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet
- Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down
-$20 up front pet fee, and we also count pets as guests
-The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Joe's place was pretty modern and nice. It was in a pretty good location but cleanliness was a bit lacking. Communication was prompt and check in/out was easy as well.
Wonderful place to stay in German Village. Convenient to downtown, to 71, to hospitals and to the museums. Really cool decor and a huge kitchen. Super comfortable and snug. Loved our stay here. Hard to beat!

Joe and the other hosts were responsive and helpful. The location is great. We had 4 people and the place felt a bit crowded and small. It was nicely decorated. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant right across the street.

Lovely! Great, comfortable space close to all the little gems in German Village. Thoughtful touches throughout, and the master bedroom was especially cozy. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends visiting Columbus.
Had to be in Downtown Columbus for a meeting...Joe’s place in German Village was very reasonable and convenient! The place felt like home! Only one minor issue was resolved amazingly quick!
Definitely book it. It’s a great place with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom. Nice pizza place across the street and a super market nearby. Heating is very good. Very close to everything and reasonably priced. Stop scrolling, get this.

The pictures don’t do it justice it’s a safe nice environment and when I called because I had an issue my call was answered immediately I lived it here I will be back
