Enjoy all the famous local eateries such as Yellow Brick Pizza, Olde Oak Tavern, Olde Town Grill and Angry Baker and venture a short car ride to all of Columbus’ major attractions.

The space

Large, spacious, modern downtown single family home with a private paved parking lot for three cars and free curb side street parking. It features a large front and back yard patio, second story outdoor balcony, recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms with updated appliances, living room and four private bedrooms. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and related streaming services that you will need to log into in order to access. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for additional guests and we will provide high end air mattresses upon request. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, a Kuerig machine for coffee and large dining room table for gatherings. This listing used to be my home for over three years and I am still in love with the place. All of my neighbors are great and while I lived here I never had any safety issues despite the up and coming downtown location. Please treat it with kindness and respect!
