We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. The luxurious downtown estate gives you convenient access to Downtown, German Village, Arena District, Convention Center, OSU and Short North. Enjoy all the famous local eateries such as Yellow Brick Pizza, Olde Oak Tavern, Olde Town Grill and Angry Baker and venture a short car ride to all of Columbus’ major attractions.
The space
Large, spacious, modern downtown single family home with a private paved parking lot for three cars and free curb side street parking. It features a large front and back yard patio, second story outdoor balcony, recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms with updated appliances, living room and four private bedrooms. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and related streaming services that you will need to log into in order to access. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for additional guests and we will provide high end air mattresses upon request. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, a Kuerig machine for coffee and large dining room table for gatherings. This listing used to be my home for over three years and I am still in love with the place. All of my neighbors are great and while I lived here I never had any safety issues despite the up and coming downtown location. Please treat it with kindness and respect!Interaction with guests

If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.-$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Pets costs $20 upfront per animal and must be counted as additional guests which is an extra charge - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down - The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Joe’s house is lovely and spacious and the beds are comfy! We especially love the giant bathtub!
Joe was understanding and kept in touch with me while renting his home. I loved his home it was a huge house with fenced in yard quiet me neighborhood very peaceful. I'd love to rent thru Airbnb again for the summer at Joe's place.

The house was even better than expected! Everyone fit COMFORTABLY which is saying something, cause we had 8 girls in the bunk room! It was such an enjoyable experience!
