We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. One block away from all the buzz in Grandview Yard, our guests enjoy easy access along with the peace and quiet of a rural home. This stay comes with all the essentials; off street parking, a full remodeled kitchen with a coffee bar, stylish decor and best in class location, footsteps from Marshalls Restaurant, The Old Spot, Luck Bros Coffee, Brekkie Shack, Market District, Panera and more!

The space

Our space is located in the heart of Grandview Yard, quietly tucked one block away. Our neighborhood is home to popular bars and restaurants such as Marshalls Restaurant, The Old Spot, Luck Bros Coffee, Brekkie Shack, Market District, Panera! We are also minutes of a drive from all that Short North, Downtown, Convention Center, Arena District and Ohio State Campus has to offer. This location gives you the liveliness of a downtown avenue with the peace and quiet of a a rural home.

The interior of the home has been remodeled within the past year with new hard wood flooring, granite counter tops, back splash, appliances and new light fixtures. This condo is one of four in this building. The walls are very thick and privacy is maintained very well with private entrances through the back of the property. The patio furniture in the back can be used by guests as well as the parking lot that is also located in the back of the building.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$15 charge for lost keys -$10 per guest per night after 1st guest - Must clean up after yourself -Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside -Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out -$20 up front pet fee, and we also count pets as guests
