We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. The Downtown Luxury Condo is the premier located accommodation in Columbus. Walking distance to all of your Convention Center, Nationwide Arena District, Short North and Downtown recreational and business endeavors. Location is everything and this space allows you to experience it with all the high end, top of the line finishes of a modern downtown, second floor condo.
The space
This space comes fully furnished with all of your modern lodging accommodations including a full kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, high end dishwasher, oven, microwave and stove top. Our living area is furnished decoratively with plenty of seating arrangements, lush couches, a modernly designed bar area and television set. The bedroom houses a closet for storage with a queen sized bed for two. Extra guests can sleep comfortably on our high end air mattress or pull out couch. A shared washer and dryer is available on the basement level along with additional storage. Best of all, this space comes with free off street parking for two cars to park front to back, a rarity in any greater metropolitan area. All renovations to this unit were done in July of 2019.Interaction with guests

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.- $15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying as its an extra charge -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet -$20 up front pet fee, and we also count pets as guests - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down - The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

A spotless place in a very convenient location. Joe is a wonderful host and communicates in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Columbus. Highly recommend.

A no frills place; easy to find. Off-street parking in the rear may be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Overall, the place is clean, stylish, and comfortable.
Joe’s place was sparkling clean, easily accessible and super close to bars and restaurants and a park! We loved Columbus and thought this was a great place to stay.

Great location for Huntington Park and Boston’s is our all time favorite place to eat also located near Huntington park! Wasn’t perfect amount of walking from the Airbnb to the park. Nicely updated/remodeled place!
Good spot very close to all the good things Columbus has to offer. High Street and German town were great. Short drive to OSU campus. Would stay here again.

Location! Perfect place if visiting the heart of Downtown, Arena district, Short North or OSU. I found the condo to be very clean, modern, and welcoming. On site parking was a huge plus!

Joe’s place was great!! It was so clean and a perfect spot to stay when adventuring in Columbus! Walking distance to pretty much everything downtown, which is so convenient! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Clean, well kept space in a great location walking distance from downtown and right next to a Goodale Park.
Location is great and layout is good. Disappointed in weak wifi and no cable access. Joe was responsive, but no solutions were possible other than to tell us to use our own Amazon or Netflix account if we wanted to watch anything on tv.
Great location right on the corner of Goodale Park. Well worth the price. Highway is right next store so be aware if you’re a light sleeper!

The location is perfectly situated near The Ohio State. I studied for my final exams here. The Wi-Fi was super fast. I the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.
