We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Across the street from Scioto Mile, a short walk to The Columbus Commons, Ohio Theatre and Capitol square and only minutes to famed tourist villages such as German Village, Short North and Franklinton . Dining such as M, Latitude 249 and Condados surrounds you. Our suite provides top level comfort and amenity necessities in the most convenient location to help you enjoy your stay in Columbus!

The space

Our 1 bedroom apartment with one queen bed, pull out couch & air mattress has everything needed for one to six guests. The controlled access building displays best in class architecture with high-end design and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Hard wood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allowing for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. All access to the build is highly secure with fob key technology to enter and exit. We provide one parking pass for indoor parking in our garage next to the building. It must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.

Interaction with guests

You can access the building anytime after checkin by using the fob provided at checkin. It is very important that guests respect our home and the extremely quiet nature of our community.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$30 charge for lost keys - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$40 up front pet fee and they must be added as guests -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Nice view from the balcony. Bit smaller than I anticipated but still a great spot nonetheless. Walking distance to a bunch of places downtown. Make sure to pay attention on check-in steps. Then there should be easy. That being said, this is a nice place to stay for exploring Columbus.

I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s all over the country and this one truly one of the best I’ve experienced. They have a personal touch with the concierge that meets you to give you the keys at the beginning. He was very informative and made me feel at ease with the check in process. I am always a little weary of the location for my stays and was so so excited when I pulled up to this one and it was right next to my favorite park, the scioto mile. I spent the day at COSI and was so happy to be able to walk about half a mile to get there. The actually condo it’s self is stunning and squeaky clean. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and makes for an amazing night sleep. All in all I was so very please by this unit and without a doubt will be here again.

We came into town for a concert at Nationwide and this condo was in a perfect location for us. It's about a 20 minute walk to the arena. Free parking was a plus! Condo looks exactly as pictured. Make sure to try Dirty Franks if you're in the mood for one of the best hot dogs! Elevator Brewing and Land Grant are also great places to check out if you're in the area. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Columbus.

The host were very helpful and understanding! This was my first time booking and Airbnb and I was definitely lost through the process. We were in Columbus for a college visit at Ohio State and found this adorable place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with a modern feel. Joe was very detailed with the check in process which was very helpful. It even included free parking. The space was perfect for my daughter and I and was close to the Brewery District which was really nice. We will definitely stay there the next time we visited Columbus.

Host was very responsive, turning around within minutes. Space was modern and clean and fantastic that there were parking on premises. I do wish there were blinds covering the balcony window, as it is completely open and faces a parking lot. I also thought the check-in instructions were made far more complicated than they should’ve been. Lastly, the hand soap bottle was completely empty and we wanted to do our laundry but detergent was nowhere to be found. There was only fabric softener. There were also wet towels in the washing machine, for which we helped throw into the dryer, but left me wondering whether our sheets and towels were clean if only fabric softener was used. Improvements can be made, but overall it was a good stay and location.

Also, be mindful that there is a walk from the garage to the apartment so it’s best to get your key fob, take your stuff up, and then park.

A great place to stay, with nice amenities. The apt and building were clean, modern, and quiet. I stayed during the holidays while visiting family in the area so it was neat to see the trees lit up along the river just a couple of blocks away. I also appreciated the meters in front of the building for loading in/out, and having the parking garage so I didn't have to worry about street parking at other times.

TL:DR - I love this place and won't stay anywhere else in Columbus now. Give it a try! This is my partner and I's second time staying at one of Joe's locations and we're loyal now; we'll never stay at another host's place in Columbus, OH again. The location is great, the apartment is stylishly furnished and very comfortable. The couch folds out and there are plenty of extra pillows and blankets so you can get cozy watching TV or working on a computer. The memory foam mattresses are some of the best we've slept on and the shower fits two! Their video instructions make the check-in process easy. They also offer free parking with a pass in a covered garage or street parking right outside the apartment building. We'll definitely be back!
