We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Across the street from Scioto Mile, a short walk to The Columbus Commons, Ohio Theatre and Capitol square and only minutes to famed tourist villages such as German Village, Short North and Franklinton . Dining such as M, Latitude 249 and Condados surrounds you. Our suite provides top level comfort and amenity necessities in the most convenient location to help you enjoy your stay in Columbus!

The space

Our 1 bedroom apartment with one queen bed, pull out couch & air mattress has everything needed for one to six guests. The controlled access building displays best in class architecture with high-end design and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Hard wood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allowing for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. All access to the build is highly secure with fob key technology to enter and exit. We provide one parking pass for indoor parking in our garage next to the building. It must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.

Interaction with guests

You can access the building anytime after checkin by using the fob provided at checkin. It is very important that guests respect our home and the extremely quiet nature of our community.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$30 charge for lost keys - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$40 up front pet fee and they must be added as guests -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Great stay! It's right in the middle of the city, close to restaurants that I could order from. It was nice and clean, comfy bed, giant shower, coffee maker, easy-to-use tv, and great host. I got directions for check-in, including parking, right after I made the reservation. Building is super cute, and there is extra parking all around if you have more than one vehicle. Loved my stay, would definitely come back again!

Awesome little getaway or option for a business trip in Columbus. Great location nect to a ton of bars and restaurants and right next to the Scioto Mile. Very unique space with top of the line appliances and an extremely comfortable bed. Great communication from Joe and easy check in process. Will definitely stay again!

Overall ok, but the unit wasn’t clean when we arrived. It really threw off our arrival, but it appears it was just an odd occurrence and not their regular method. The host did offer to refund the cleaning fee. Since we had dropped some of our belongings, the cleaner ended up throwing some of our stuff away, but it wasn’t enough to make a huge fuss about. The unit was a bit cold because there isn’t heat (they have a tower heater in the unit), so we had to utilize the heated blanket we brought quite a bit.

You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Perfect location, great communication, easy check in, sparking clean. This is definitely a must say if you want to hangout near the German Village. If I ever visit Columbus again will definitely stay here.

My boyfriend and I had the greatest time here! We didn’t want to leave. Enjoyed the city during the day and got to chill at this lovely apartment. It was clean and stocked with things we would need. It was quiet around and we almost never ran into anyone. Would love to stay again!

Very nice place. Awesome price. The garage was close enough to not be a problem at all and it was nice to be able to use a QR code from my phone to get access. The way from the garage to the building was lighted and I did not feel like the area was a cause for concern either.

The place was wonderful! There was a bit of an issue with there being no heat, however the host was very quick to react and handle the issue. Ended up with a space heater, since that was most convenient for our schedule. Great location, and free parking. I would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was beyond amazing, cute place, perfect for a weekend stay for you and your significant other. Very easy to check in and the video provided helped SO much. The only thing I didn’t care for were how loud a few of the neighbors were, closing their doors loudly at crazy times, one had a dog that barked a few times as well but the Airbnb it’s self was a wonderful stay!

Very convenient location right downtown Columbus. It’s very close to OSU campus so lots of diversity! We went when they were doing construction on the building next to the one we stayed in, but you couldn’t really hear anything unless you went out on the private balcony. The fridge and freezer stayed very cool and kept our food we brought with us nice and cold. The shower was very nice! There was a really cool control panel that controlled the lights and the fans in the little bedroom with amazing barn- looking sliding doors for the bedroom and the bathroom (I thought that was so awesome). Sitting out on the balcony at night time was so cool because there’s a little fountain behind the building that lights up and goes off sometimes and that was so cool to see when we got back from our concert! We also had time to check out the rooftop, now that was AMAZING! I wrote a few songs up there after the concert! It was awesome because up there there was seating arrangements, a grill, utensils, and they even had alcohol up there for guests if they wanted it. It was like a home away from home! They did an amazing job making sure everything felt like home! I would 100% stay again. Only advice I would have is to make sure when you leave that you take the stairs out of the building instead of the elevator... we were idiots and took the elevator but it’s a very secure place to stay so we have to have our key to even move the elevator so we had to call someone to help us but luckily a guy needed to get to his floor so we got out safely. Overall, I’d stay here over any place in Columbus 100%

Very clean and safe. Building is very secure, a lot of steps to check in but what you want for good security. In a good location that is quiet. About 30min walk from the heart of downtown. Can Uber quickly. Could be a little cheaper however you’re likely paying for how secure the building is as well as parking.

Joe's apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable and in a great spot in downtown Columbus! It had all the basic items you'd need for an easy stay, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and everything was very clean and orderly. I used their parking garage access, which was a block away (not very far at all), and it felt like a really safe garage. The area it's located in is being built up with lots of new apartment buildings and restaurants, so it was an easy place to check out! Felt so safe walking the streets down there, even at night. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Columbus. Easy walking distance to Scioto Mile/Bicentennial Park; about 15 min walk to Book Loft/German Village area. Neighborhood is quiet, and we felt safe walking late at night. Check-in instructions were easy to follow and we had no problem getting inside the building and apartment. Apartment itself was very clean and modern, with all amenities you need. Space is ideal for a single person or couple. Very minor complaint is that there was no curtain for the patio window, so just try to not put on a show for the construction workers across the street :)

The apartment was super clean and nice inside. A little smaller than expected, but great for one or two people. It’s close to lots of bars restaurants and parks which was super convenient. The building was very secure and I felt safe. Only downside was walking luggage from the parking garage and finding the lockbox originally since it was on the other side of the building. Other than that, Joe was a really responsive and helpful host and I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location at a reasonable price. The elevator on the rooms side of the building was out but there was another one on the other (Website hidden by Airbnb) not a bad work-around. If you're lugging several bags, it may be an issue. Check in with Joe and see if the elevator is up and running if you need it.

Joe’s place was great for my overnight stay. The parking was a breeze and was only a 2 minute walk away. The apartment looked how it did in the pictures, which is always pleasant. My one note is that while the description says it’s a quiet community, there were several parties going on inside the building, so there was noise around 2-3 am. And there was a strong marijuana smell throughout the halls, but the apartment smelled fine. Overall, I would stay again and I would recommend this place for convenience!

The location was fantastic. Check in was easy. One big glaring concern for me was there was no curtain covering the main patio sliding door. So there was no privacy at all for a good portion of the unit. There are empty buildings across the street and just felt like a fish tank. I messaged the host to ask about it. Wouldn’t have even minded hanging it up for them on the rod they had installed. Didn’t hear back until the day I checked out saying “oh I don’t think so.” Communication was poor to say the least. There were clean linens all scattered in the master closet which isn’t a huge deal, but definitely not up to par with many other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The location is excellent however. So if you aren’t picky and just need a pad, it’s fine and good value. The bed was comfy too for what it’s worth.
