We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Across the street from Scioto Mile, a short walk to The Columbus Commons, Ohio Theatre and Capitol square and only minutes to famed tourist villages such as German Village, Short North and Franklinton . Dining such as M, Latitude 249 and Condados surrounds you. Our suite provides top level comfort and amenity necessities in the most convenient location to help you enjoy your stay in Columbus!

The space

Our 1 bedroom apartment with one queen bed, pull out couch & air mattress has everything needed for one to six guests. The controlled access building displays best in class architecture with high-end design and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Hard wood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allowing for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. All access to the build is highly secure with fob key technology to enter and exit. We provide one parking pass for indoor parking in our garage next to the building. It must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.

Interaction with guests

You can access the building anytime after checkin by using the fob provided at checkin. It is very important that guests respect our home and the extremely quiet nature of our community.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$30 charge for lost keys - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$40 up front pet fee and they must be added as guests -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

This was an amazing experience! Instructions were clear and check in could not have been simpler or more private. The space was clean, well furnished, and the location was phenomenal with all the amenities you could need. I look forward to booking with Joe the next time.

This space is definitely business oriented. Desk and many outlets for working, good lighting and great internet. Extremely bare bones for cooking and cleaning. Be prepared to shop for things like salt and pepper and extra cooking utensils. Note that the rooftop is only open during the warmer months and I was unable to utilize that amenitie which originally was the selling point in this apartment for me. The hosts communicated well and speedily. I did mention to them to add a few extra kitchen wares and perhaps a broom for longer stays which they were receptive to. Bathroom and kitchen paper were stocked which was lovely. Honestly this space worked very well for me but in my opinion is it definitely overpriced. Although definitely clean the space feels like a used, older lived in condo with the odd couch stain, no real design touches and minimalism. It worked well for me but keep this is mind if you need a romantic get away or a family vibe. Perfect location for what I needed.

Location was great. A lot to do around the High Street area. Parking garage was accessible and easy to find. The whole experience was great and easy for myself and stepdaughter to follow instructions on what all to do prior, while there and before checking out of the air bnb for our very first time

Very nice, clean space. Easy check in. We love to cook in Airbnb’s and spend the evening in. This space had bare essentials and cooking was not an option. That being said, we’d stay again. Very nice place.

We enjoyed the stay. Just wish this place had a cleaning supply and tools at the sight. I guess everybody has different perspective on “cleanliness”. Otherwise, we do recommend this property.

Joe's spot was perfect for our quick getaway... it was simple, clean, and had quick access to downtown, the Short North, and German Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty much used this for a work trip. Amazing location and great price. The whole place is very clean and you can easily walk to the Arena District or Short North. My boyfriend was able to easily find the lockbox and let himself in while he waited for me to land in Columbus. Absolutely no issues, we will be staying here again.

I wanted a getaway for one and this was perfect. the aesthetic was very calming and welcoming. it was SUPER clean and pots pans dishes etc anything you can think of. Joe was very fast at accommodating and responding. loved my stay!

The apartment was very secure with great instructions on how to get in the building. It was very clean and orderly. My only complaint was we had to park almost a block away in a garage instead of being able to park in the building garage which was a head ache because it was cold dark and raining.

Really love this space in this brand new modern building. Very clean, modern, supplied with cleaning and cooking essentials. Very comfortable bed! However, I think because this building is brand new, there are some issues... I could not get the digital thermostat to work properly. I needed the cool AC to come on because the apartment was stuck at 75 degrees, but the air coming out was not cool. I ended up turning it off and having to crack the windows but it was pretty uncomfortable. Also, the washer machine in the unit does not work properly. Got all my clothes wet/soapy but shuts off after 5 minutes. Tried resetting it, unplugging, and turning the breaker off/on. Nothing fixed it and the host did not offer a solution. The only other small issue was that the person who lives above this unit walks back and forth constantly and their footsteps are very loud. Woke me up several times and it may drive you crazy if you’re sensitive to sound.

This was the perfect downtown Columbus experience! The building was in a great location and the view from the window was awesome. The host had very quick responses to my questions and gave very detailed instructions to enter the building so I had no issues. It was sparkling clean and nice and quiet at night. Overall, I highly recommend Joe’s place and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

The downtown condo was very clean and perfectly located to walk to cool neighborhood restaurants and the State Capital tourist areas. We had dinner on the patio at Lindey's which was gorgeous and a short, pretty walk. I would highly recommend!

This was a great stay. I stayed for a week for work and Joe's place was an 8-10 minute walk from the Ohio Theatre and just a couple of blocks from a lot of food/the river. Check-in was pretty easy. This Airbnb is very bare bones/minimal, so don't expect any water/snacks/decor. It was clean, and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. My only complaint is that the apartment above this one woke me up every morning with noise (walking back and forth). I am a pretty heavy sleeper and sleep with white noise sounds so I was shocked when that woke me up every morning. Still, a good stay and I would recommend it to anyone who has to visit Columbus. Extremely comfortable!

The included parking was two blocks away which we didn’t realize until checking in so that was a bummer, but once we figured it out the unit itself was great. Close to the river and some parks, it was a great spot to go with our dog for quick and easy walks. Definitely would book again

Thought check in would be more difficult, but it was a breeze. It was a nice modern spot to decompress at after a long days drive. Walls are thin, but it didn’t affect being able to sleep. Could use a touch of comfort and taste to really make it pop. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

I stay at Airbnb’s often and this was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Perfect for a couple to be close to everything needed in Columbus. Nice building. Felt very safe. Nice kitchen. The sheets bed and pillow were very comfortable. Huge walk in closet too!
