We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Across the street from Scioto Mile, a short walk to The Columbus Commons, Ohio Theatre and Capitol square and only minutes to famed tourist villages such as German Village, Short North and Franklinton. Our suite provides top level comfort and amenity necessities in the most convenient location to help you enjoy your stay in Columbus!

The space

Our 1 bedroom apartment with one queen bed, pull out couch & air mattress has everything needed for one to six guests. The controlled access building displays best in class architecture with high-end design and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Hard wood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allowing for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. All access to the build is highly secure with fob key technology to enter and exit. We provide one parking pass for indoor parking in our garage next to the building. It must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.

Interaction with guests

You can access the building anytime after checkin by using the fob provided at checkin. It is very important that guests respect our home and the extremely quiet nature of our community.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$30 charge for lost keys - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$40 up front pet fee and they must be added as guests -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Great place to stay for the price! The condo was very clean and almost everything seemed to be brand new. It was really nice having a washer, dryer, full kitchen and balcony. The Bicentennial Park is only a block away, which was right next to the Scioto Trail. I had a great experience! I highly recommend staying here!

Cute place. Easy to get to and get into. Walkable to some areas of downtown Columbus. I felt safe in the building and in the neighborhood. Pro tip: if you are like me and need good neck support in your pillow, consider bringing your own. The bed was stylish and comfortable but the pillows were much too soft for what I needed. Overall, a great stay. Good value and I would recommend this place.

This is a great place to stay! Its right in the heart of downtown and a safe building. The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice even though it was too cold to enjoy in February. As an FYI the parking is 2 blocks away so it is a little walk from the condo to your car but you can load and unload next to the building fairly easily. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time booking with Joe and Mike. Place was wonderful and better than expected. In a very prime location and the rates were awesome. Check in instructions were great and communication was great. I definitely recommend this place.

The condo is always clean and ready for a comfortable night stay. The location is perfect and security of the building is always a step above others. I always look for one of Joes properties when booking a stay because I know it will be top shelf.

Joe’s place was great! Such a cute and cozy spot. His directions were precise and I had no trouble finding the place, or the keys. When we got in, I was so happy to see how clean the place was. He had plates and glasses for us to use as well. Highly recommend this one.

The place was beyond gorgeous and the view was phenomenal! Parking was ok, garage access pass was granted however it was more convenient to pay for parking in the same lot, rather than walk the distance to the parking garage. One issues was the check in time, that was posted for anytime after 2PM, however, room was not available to get into until after 3PM. Splendid furniture, very great host! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo right in the heart of downtown for less than a fleabag hotel much less anything approaching the quality of this place. I travel to Columbus often and will now look for this place first.

I loved the unit. Great brand new unit at a perfect location downtown. The hosts provided also a parking pass to a secured parking garage very close by which was very useful and saved me from additional parking fees. The communication with Joe was easy and quick and I would definately recommend this unit to anyone.

Our stay was wonderful! I highly recommend this place, it’s very quiet and we loved they allowed our dog to stay. The complex is up to date and very modern. Overall very clean, the floor wasn’t spotless but it wasn’t unbearable. The location is what we really loved about it. So close to downtown and walking distance to many things. The parking garage is very close to the apartment complex. The host provides kcups for keurig and plenty of linens and toiletries. We will definitely stay here again if ever back in Columbus!

Very central location . Parking garage is a block away from the property but it's very accessible and secure for your vehicle. All of the kitchen amenities are top notch . Downtown Columbus is surprisingly quiet at night . Great for business travelers .

Very pleasant stay and would consider staying here again. Convenient walk to the Columbus Theatre and ate at Condado Tacos nearby. Also visited the CVS for some groceries to make breakfast in the nice kitchen.

This place is awesome!! Beautiful design (kitchen and bathroom are better than my own), great location (I walked every where and found what I needed) all at a tremendous price!!! Large apartment and very modern! The parking garage is close by and very convenient to not have to pay extra for parking elsewhere. We were also happy to have covered parking since it snowed while we were there! Hosts were quick to respond to questions.

This little condo is perfect for one or two people, fantastic location that is easy to get to. Safe parking garage, quick walk to the condo, lovely quiet place, classy, and well appointed. Joe was quick to respond if I needed anything, and the price was amazing for the location. The check-in process is easy - there is a video that walks you through the process. I highly recommend Joe's condo!

Joe was absolutely great to deal with fave very timely responses. The the condo was very cute, outfitted well, and very clean. It’s Ina great location and the whole building was beautiful and clean also. Just a couple of items that would have improved my stay there: May I suggest an additional security lock on the condo entry door (bolt or chain lock from the inside only)? I’ve traveled extensively, and as a female traveling alone, this is typically a standard security measure and would go along way in making it feel safer to be inside, especially at night while sleeping. Also, I’ve never run across this in a residential setting, but all the smoke detectors have a bright blinking strobe light on them. Makes it very difficult to fall asleep. Lastly, a lot of the downtown lights poured into the living room sliding glass door window. It was extremely bright and hard to sleep. I did notice a curtain rod over the living room sliding glass door window but no curtains on it. May I respectfully request that you provide dark out curtains to make it earlier to sleep in bedroom or living room? Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

My stay downtown was amazing! I’m from Columbus but wanted to have a bit of a “staycation”. Check in instructions were clear, location was amazing and I had the chance to walk to one of my favorite restaurants for dinner Milestone 229, I would definitely recommend! Place was extremely clean and comfortable. Building was quiet. You’ll enjoy your stay!
