We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This amazing location puts you within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants like Club 185, Lindeys, G Michaels and Alpine. This home is just .3 miles to the south end of downtown, one mile south of Short North and a few miles to Campus and Grandview. All appliances are up to date, new and this space has been fully renovated as of spring 2019. Please be our guest!

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

- $150 charge for lost parking pass
-$15 charge for lost keys
-Use the pass time park in front of the home or on. Any of the neighboring streets
- Clean your own personal clutter
- Take off your shoes
-Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $20 additional charge per guest.
-Any unreported guests will be a double charge
- There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night
-$500 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside
- Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet
- Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down
-The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

All communication to the host was promptly returned. The house is spacious with modern decor. The stairs in the house are a bit steep, and all bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Bathrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. With the provided single parking pass the street parking was convenient and we never had to park more then two houses away, but we were usually right out in front of the house, albeit across the street. It is in an amazing location if you are inclined to walk the area, which we were! Restaurants, The Book Loft, bars, local attractions, parks, even grocery stores are all within an easy 20 minute walk or less. We became particularly fond of Pistacia Vera, a bakery cafe, which is only three small blocks away (5 minutes!)

Great location in German Village. Within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars within the neighborhood. Owner provides excellent communication to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Bathrooms, Kitchen, and bedrooms have all been updated, and main floor living space modern and spacious.

Great location - walking distance to bars and restaurants (we didn't need a car at all) and in cute Germantown. Everything was extremely clean also. Joe responded quickly when I had a question and we felt right at home.

Great location on the North end of German Village. Great access via walking, city bus or the free Cbus to just about anywhere in the Columbus area. Area was quiet, but located within walking distance of about anything you could need. The house had plenty of room for sleeping, including 2 sets of queen bunk-beds. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean and extras were available if needed. Full kitchen with dishes, glassware, etc, and full refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Nice spacious dinning room with sit around table, great for a group if needed. Will be returning in a month as part of a wedding party and I look forward to being able to spend some worry-free time with the group, thanks to this location and it's hosts.

Great location and the I found the pictures were accurate. * Lovely hosts ~ Mike was helpful and quick to respond, and offers above & beyond service. * The location ~ Easy access to local restaurants, activities and OSU. * Parking is a bit limited, and we were confused as to where we were allowed to park. * We plan on visiting again :0)

Great location! The flat has old world charm, but the decorating is modern, so you get the best of both worlds! I loved going for walks on the brick streets and enjoying the architecture of German. Village. Highly recommend this location and flat!

This is a spacious town home in a great neighborhood. It feels newly renovated, with basic, contemporary decor. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and glasses but I didn't do any cooking so can't weigh in on that equipment. The hosts were very responsive. I would definitely return.

Excellent space that was super clean, spacious, and located in an exquisite neighborhood. Tons of character and great design aesthetic that made it feel like home. There were plenty of city guides and restaurant recommendations on the coffee table, included a smart tv to watch Netflix, Hulu etc, and just an overall comfortable space to be in. My family and I went for a neighborhood walk to see all the old brick homes, shops, restaurants, and parks. It was close enough to downtown but in its own little pocket where nothing ever got too busy. Overall a great weekend getaway spot that I would highly recommend to others who are looking for something upscale in the Columbus area.

This is a fabulous location and the hosts are very helpful/responsive. Everything was super clean and as advertised:>} The furnishings are lovely and the kitchen very large and up to date. We didn't use it, but there is even a washing machine and dryer. The beds were terrifically comfortable! I would most definitely stay again.

Wow. Best deal yet. Don’t be deterred by the price. So glad we booked this. Everything is remodeled and all the beds are memory foam. Idk how they can rent it at this price. Enjoy !

Great place to stay! Can walk to several of our favorite places including Katzingers deli and pistachio Vera French bakery. Parking was a bit tricky with the road construction and with kids it made it interesting. Yet there is a convenient ally right at the door to drop off and go find parking. The place was very nice. Could use a deep clean but was perfectly acceptable. To get to the queen punk room you have to go through one of the other rooms, we only used the two second floor rooms so not a big deal. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future as it was a great price and great location! Also Joe was very quick to respond!

My family stayed here for a christmas vacation. The house is in a great area and we walked to several local shops, including the book loft (highly reccomended). We were able to have food delivered and used door dash so that was great. The house was large and clean. However, it's important to mention that no bedrooms are located on the first floor so make sure that all peple staying are able to climb the stairs. I fee like this wasn't entirely clear or I just assumed incorrectly. We were panicked when we first arrived because to find the stair case for the the third floor you have to go through another bedroom. Again, this was not completely communicated or I assumed incorrectly. It's also important to mention the parking. We were told that we would have two parking passes but we only received one. One of our vehicles recieved a ticket within the the first hour and vehicles were being towed pretty much our entire stay so be careful!! But there was plenty of space for everyone, the internet was easy to connct to and the dining table was amazing. We were able to play games and there was plenty of room for everyone. Overall, a really good stay for the price. No where is going to be effect
