If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.
- $150 charge for lost parking pass
-$15 charge for lost keys
- Clean your own personal clutter
- Take off your shoes
-Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest.
-Any unreported guests will be a double charge
- There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night
-$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside
- Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet
- Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down
-The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

This place had cute decor and such comfortable mattresses!! A nice pizza bar right across the street too. Only a few minutes from the heart of the German village. 10/10 would stay again!

Joe provides a great spot in German Village. You can walk straight down the street to The Book Loft, my favorite place in the German village!

Great place nestled in German Village. Nice remodel with original bricks exposed. It’s a duplex so it’s possible to hear through the walls. Otherwise great stay and comfortable beds.

This space was just enough room for what we needed. Looked exactly what was shown in the given photos. All furniture including bedding was clean and comfy.
Clean house, well kept. Adjustable water heater in the basement! Plenty of room to stay and and very close to the city for whatever you desire.
It was very clean and they reply quickly to any confusion. The location is really good. You can get anywhere you want to go in Columbus quickly from German village. The brewery a block away was really nice too.

This is a very nice apartment that is large and nicely furnished along with high end finishes. Also, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in the past 2 years of travel.
Very clean and nicely remodeled historic home. On-site parking just outside the back door makes check-in a very easy proposition for a downtown property. Would highly recommend.
