We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This luxurious home is the premier located accommodation right in the heart of German Village in Columbus. This amazing location puts you within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants like G Michaels, Lindeys, Katzingers and Shadow Box Live.
This home is just .3 miles to the south end of downtown, 1.5 miles south of Arena/Convention and a few miles to Campus.

The space

This luxurious home is the premier accommodation for those looking to capture the comfort of a beautiful home in modern fashion while being tucked off of the dreamy brick roads of German Village. The amazing feature of this home is its eloquent large back patio. Our pictures display tons of recently laid brick in a large enclosed area perfect for guests to gather in. This space comes fully stocked with all 'hotel' like accommodations you would expect at a 4+ star venue. All appliances are up to date and new and this home was just renovated with its modern style in Summer of 2019. Please, be our guest and see just how sweet it is to relax in downtown fashion!

- $150 charge for lost parking pass -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Joe's place was great! Smack dab in the middle of german village - we would have walked everywhere if the temperatures would have cooperated! We arrived a little earlier than check in time and Joe was very accommodating and allowed to gain access early. Would definitely recommend!

Joe's place is super-clean, the bed is nice and the bathroom is well stocked with supplies. If you want a place in the German Village, this would be a good option. Check in and check out was pretty convenient and Joe was flexible with an earlier check in for us. The patio looks nice but given we were there in winter, we did not use it.

Location was great with easy access. Neighboring/adjoining unit can be heard clearly on the second floor in first bedroom. The temperature of place was colder than expected and was concerning due to having an infant traveling with us. The style was great!

Great little spot on the edge of German Village surrounded by tons of restaurants and other cool spots. Highly recommend! The walls are a little thin though so you can hear the neighbors and I’m sure they can hear you!

Joe’s place was located in a great location to be able to walk around and explore some nightlife if you choose to. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint was the parking. There was supposed to be a parking pass left for us but we didn’t get it so we had to use a parking garage nearby. It was inconvenience to walk to the car all the time but we did get reimbursed for the parking and he was very quick in responding to everything. I would definitely go back though, we had a great time and its a nice location.

I stayed here on a business trip. My conference was less than a half mile up the street at the Westin Hotel. It’s a good 15 minute walk or a Lyft or Uber ride away. Great place. Decorated. Gorgeous matte finish marble tile.. Gorgeous granite (Website hidden by Airbnb) least three queen beds that are SUPER comfortable w/ nice clean sheets. I liked the bottom queen bunk upstairs with view of street and exposed brick. I think there is all night meter parking after 10 around the corner if you need more than one car. I really appreciated the hangers, the nice new hairdryer, and the shampoo conditioner and shower gel. It made it great for traveling. Great value and good find in a district with lots of character.

This little two bedroom townhome in German Village is amazing. Couple things future visitors should know. -There wasn’t any hand soap, i’m not sure if it was something that was accidentally looked over, but nonetheless, we couldn’t find any anywhere. - The dishes are limited, but the ones they have definitely are enough to make what you need. - You can hear the neighbors through the wall & they can hear you. - There is no sponge or scrubber to do the dishes, also no dishwasher. - watch your head going up the stairs if you are over 5’9”. It’s a little low & you can hit your head. Overall this place was awesome, the hosts are super responsive & kind. The location is walking distance from plenty of things & lime scooters are available. The place itself was sparkling clean & absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay again, but would have wanted those couple fixed.

Great trendy space close to everything local, a block off High St. Easy to find parking. A few things to note was that it is very close to downtown and it can get noisy in the bedroom with the windows open due to sirens, etc. It also sounded like one of the other attached apartments was being remodeled as their was construction noises during normal work hours. These did not impact my stay since I was out of the Airbnb most of the day, and are obviously not the host’s fault. The Airbnb itself was great—just making notes for people who may have these concerns.

Joe’s place is perfectly situated right between German Village and the Brewery District, so it’s in walking distance from lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks. There’s also a big Kroger store a few blocks away for picking up essentials. When you’re tired of being out and about, the back patio is amazingly quiet and spacious. Parking is a little tricky if your party has more than one car, since it’s a permit-only area, and there’s no dishwasher. But those are minor inconveniences, which are MORE than made up for by the great location and attractive, roomy space.

The place is stylish, the exposed brick is awesome to admire. The back patio looked cool but was far too cold and raining to be used. Bed was comfy, shower was hot. The location was extremely convenient for us having to be downtown and even with snow it took us 5mins to be where we needed to be. Parking is on the street but the street is quiet and we had no issues. Would stay here again for sure!

This location is great! The check in and check out were quick and smooth. And the host was very responsive to questions. Usually got an answer within an hour of not a few minutes. Overall the place was nice and comfortable for the most part. However, there are a few things we would have liked to be different. Bathroom should have a trash can. Kitchen needs dish drainer. Would also be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house. Most people prefer cotton bed linens instead of 100 percent polyester. Fireplace features prominently in pictures but was not working. Finally, the most serious issue was that the main lamp in the living room was falling apart and several light switches were malfunctioning. This goes beyond inconvenience - these are electrocution and fire hazards, especially if there are children around.

The place was very clean and trendy. Comfortable beds and pillows. Made good use of the space for bed size and amount with out if feeling crammed. Would defiantly stay here again.
