We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This private condo, located right next to the Short North, is only a few blocks from The Arts District on High Street. Our guest will be in walking distance to some of Columbus's favorite bars and restaurants like Standard Hall, Pint House, and Condado. It is also within walking distance to The Ohio State University, The Arena district, Convention Center and and Express Live.

The space

This house features new laminate flooring, granite counter tops, second story loft and vintage bathtub. Enjoy this private condo venue for a short weekend getaway or a long-term stay. This unit is ideal for those looking to capture the convenience of the location. If you are only looking for high end, modern, top of the line finishes this unit is likely not the best for you as many of our home features have not been recently renovated. You can always expect our listings to be clean and comfortable no matter what the condition of the renovations.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$500 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet -$20 upfront pet fee, and we also count pets as guest. - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down - The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out
