We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This stunning downtown condominium at corner of W 2nd Ave and High St and is in the heart of all Columbus has to offer in the Short North conveniently located right between OSU Campus and Downtown Columbus. The space boast luxurious living with a secure parking garage, a beautiful rooftop and high-end finishes such as hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry & granite counter tops.
The space
This space is hands down one of the very best in terms of location in all of Columbus. Our 1 bedroom condo with one queen bed, a pull out couch & air mattress has everything needed for one to five guests. The controlled access building displays best in class architecture with high-end design and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix & free WiFi! Hardwood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allow for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. All access to the build is highly secure with fob key technology to enter and exit. We provide one garage pass for parking in our garage at the base of the building. It must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.Interaction with guests
You can access the building anytime after checkin by using the fob provided at checkin. It is very important that guests respect our home and the extremely quiet nature of our community.Other things to note

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.-$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

The space was even better than expected! It was very clean and welcoming. It was just what I needed after a long drive- I wish I could have extended my stay!

Great place to stay. The suite is incredible and the location is just as good. Its right in the middle of the short north between OSU campus and down town.
Ideally located within the Short North. Tons of places to eat and explore. Listing was in a very safe spot and felt secure. Easy for Uber/Lyft to pick up. Very nice place overall, almost no noise!

You will have a wonderful time walking around the historic district, stopping at shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Goodale Park is very nice. Views from the unit and roof patio are amazing.
