On Grandview Avenue, our guests enjoy easy access along with the peace and quiet that this space has to offer. This space comes with all the essentials; off street parking, full kitchen with coffee bar, fully renovated, up to the year touches, stylish decor and best in class location being minutes from downtown, short north and campus.

The space

Spacious, modern downtown second level single family home with a private paved parking lot for three to five cars and free curb side street parking. It features a large front and back yard patio, one recently renovated kitchen and full bathroom with updated appliances, living room and a private bedroom. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and related streaming services that you will need to log into in order to access. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for additional guests and we will provide high end air mattresses upon request. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, a Kuerig machine for coffee and large dining room table for gatherings. This listing used to be my home for over three months and I am in love with the place. All of my neighbors are great and while I lived here I never had any safety issues as this is one of the safest areas in Columbus, located minutes from Grandview High school. Please treat it with kindness and respect!

You will be able to access the upstairs section of the home. The stairs are located at the back of the home.
