The space

Large, spacious, modern downtown duplex home with a private paved parking lot for three to five cars and free curb side street parking. It features a large front and back yard patio, second story outdoor balcony, two recently renovated kitchens and full bathrooms with updated appliances, living room and three private bedrooms. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and related streaming services that you will need to log into in order to access. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for additional guests and we will provide high end air mattresses upon request. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, a Kuerig machine for coffee and large dining room table for gatherings. This listing used to be my home for over three months and I am in love with the place. All of my neighbors are great and while I lived here I never had any safety issues as this is one of the safest areas in Columbus, located minutes from Grandview High school. To access both floors of the home you will need to use the second entrance at the back of the home to access the top floor as this is a duplex.
