We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This spacious private home is the perfect getaway, located in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. At this perfect getaway you are close to Washington Park, Music Hall, Findlay Market, and all of the best shops, restaurants and breweries that OTR has to offer. If you’re going downtown, you’re a close walk or a short ride on the Connector to the City Center, the Banks, and all of the stadiums.

This recently renovated industrial home is equip with new appliances and premium furniture. This spot is a perfect place to stay with friends and family or while traveling on business.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

- $150 charge for lost parking pass -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out.
