It was a great affordable price especially with three bedrooms. This would definitely be one of my top airbnb's for when I need a place Cincinnati to stay.

Good location, clean, with thoughtful amenities. Had to make a last minute trip for a laptop repair and Evan was speedy to accept my stay and was open to all questions I had. Overall great experience!

The house was clean and the location was great. The kitchen was nice and has everything you need to cook. It does not have a couch or living room so if you plan to relax at the house, this wouldn’t be the place to stay.
Evan's place is great. Very stylish and lots of space. Everything was neat and clean and as described. It's pretty close to downtown as well. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about my stay. The place was clean, stylish and modern. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The nearby bar district is a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.
