We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Over the Rhine. Minutes from the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ball Park. Come take in all of the amazing history this city has to offer! A tour of the historic brewery district is only steps from the apartment. Whether its for business or a vacation get away you will love everything this brand-new elegant spacious apartment has to offer!

The space

This space has just been renovated with brand-new appliances! Also equipped with some of the most comfortable beds on the market. Updated bathrooms as well as a brand new washer and dryer!

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, waste or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Evan's place is nicely updated, clean, and comfortable. I was there by myself for work, but two couples could easily share the space. My only watch-out is parking. The parking available is street parking, and most of the streets around the unit require an OTR permit (which means pay during the day / no overnight parking). I misread the sign on my first night and got a ticket unfortunately. Much more difficult than I expected.

Great condo, better than I expected with nice beds and bathrooms. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Great communication. Literally the only downside for me, personally, was the lack of free parking spaces available, as Liberty street rarely, if ever, has spots available that are close and pay parking isn’t cheap.

Great space. Easy to check-in. Hosts are very responsive. The apartment is well located close to everything in OTR and downtown and right by a rail stop. Apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Most comfortable AirBnB bed I have ever slept on. Highly recommend.

This is a great spot that is a great price and very clean. Easy to check in and out and conviene location to downtown. However, as a single female I would not stay here again as it was not safe to walk to the car at night. Cops were called for street fighting and a couple of drunk people walking around at all hours.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! The space itself is modern, spacious, extremely clean, and has such a positive feel. It had everything we needed for our stay. The Airbnb is centrally located to a lot of great restaurants, coffee spots and things to do. We had a truly fantastic stay and would definitely come back on our next Cincinnati trip!

Perfect, perfect, perfect.. this condo was absolutely beautiful and all the amenities- coffee, full kitchen that a chef would love with all the tools. USB on all night stands and touch lamps I love. The property has high-end luxury shower and bathroom, much better than a hotel. The details, mints, q-tips, cotton balls, the luxury towels, bed linens, and even lint brush that I really needed before going to my meeting today. Love everything and I will be back, why would I ever stay in a hotel.

This place is amazing. The interior is immaculate and everything inside appears to be brand new. The location is excellent if you’re looking for somewhere downtown. And the hosts are very kind and timely responsive. 5 stars all around.
