We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Over the Rhine. Minutes from the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ball Park. Come take in all of the amazing history this city has to offer! A tour of the historic brewery district is only steps from the apartment. Whether its for business or a vacation get away you will love everything this brand-new elegant spacious apartment has to offer!

This space has just been renovated with brand-new appliances! Also equipped with some of the most comfortable beds on the market. Updated bathrooms as well as a brand new washer and dryer!

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, waste or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Evan and Joe’s apartment is the gold standard of what an AirBnB should be. Let’s start by saying this place is spotless, updated, modern and convenient. The checkin and checkout process is as easy as it comes! They are great at responding to messages, and you get exactly what you pay for. This is my place anytime I am in in town again! Great hosts, and excellent hospitality.

Beautiful, renovated apartment that unfortunately was in a bit of a run down area. Nearby places were boarded up and the fire alarm kept going off randomly towards the end of our stay. Close to the downtown area, was able to go on a great run to see Cincy! Overall a pleasant experience.

Evan's place was gorgeously decorated and filled with all the tools in the kitchen youd need! We loved the fold out couch and additional air mattress option if you need them! Nice touches! Parking is paid in front of building but there is free parking along side west liberty street, just a little sketchy. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful space!
