-$15 charge for lost keys -$10 per guest per night after 1st guest - Clean your own personal clutter -Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside -Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet -Pets count as guests and have a $20 one time convenience fee -Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Joes place is very centrally located and you have everything you need from nice bathroom to amenities in the kitchen and a private parking space. If you are visiting Columbus you have to check out this Airbnb.

Perfect dwelling for a single person or a couple. The first floor has a full kitchen very modern then there is a dining room and a living room of great size. Upstairs is a nice bathroom with standing shower and two bedrooms. The basement is accessed through an outside door and has a full size washer and dryer. I could live there year-round.

I was a little concerned when the GPS placed the address in the alley. But once I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised. It was much bigger than I expected, very comfortable, very clean. 3-4 people could easily stay there comfortably. They quickly responded to all my questions, and concerns.

Great little location in an older, pretty little area of Columbus (and just a 5 minute drive from downtown!). The house is cozy and has all of the little things that you could want for a quick getaway. Additionally, the owners are *SUPER* responsive, returning messages within minutes. Very enjoyable stay!

The communication was awesome and I really appreciate being able to check in early. The location as far as where we were going was really good, however I didn’t realize it was almost like a little guest house. We shared the same yard with the people in the bigger house. The lock box was difficult to use but overall the decorations and everything in the house were awesome! We really enjoyed the place and it felt really homey.

Joe is very helpful with quick responses. House is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's actually located off the main Street. Neighborhood was quiet for the most part. There are apartments nextdoor that got a little loud from time to time but there's nothing he can do about that. With that said was a very comfortable stay for my husband and I and our four legged child. Thanks for having us Joe.

Pictures are accurate. Very good value! Incredibly comfortable bedding. Minor cleanup issue was resolved immediately and responsively. Other than a mild odor throughout the place (perhaps due to cleaning agent?), I had no issues during my stay.
