We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This stunning downtown condominium in the Short North conveniently located between OSU Campus and Downtown Columbus. Close to all major highways, The Convention Center, Arena District and Downtown. The space boast luxurious living with a secure parking garage, a beautiful rooftop and high-end finishes such as hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry & granite counter tops.

The space

Our 1 bedroom condo with one queen bed, a pull out couch & air mattress has everything needed for one to five guests. The controlled access building displays best in class architecture with high-end design and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix & free WiFi! Hardwood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allow for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. All access to the build is highly secure with fob key technology to enter and exit. We provide one garage opener for parking in our garage at the base of the building. It must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.

Interaction with guests

You can access the building anytime after checkin by using the fob provided at checkin. It is very important that guests respect our home and the extremely quiet nature of our community

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$40 upfront pet fee please additional guest fee for each day -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Loved this condo, very nicely decorated and very "hipster" according to my teenage daughter. Very clean and charming. Joe, the host, was very responsive to questions. The building was very safe and within a couple minutes walk of numerous shops and restaurants and bars. We walked downtown to the Convention Center every day, which was a 15-minute walk, and it was perfectly safe. Next time we are in Columbus we will certainly be back!

The apartment was lovely, easy access to High St and all the fun it has to offer. The shared rooftop patio had a lot of things to accommodate different guests' needs such as seating and grills. Located a floor up it was easy to access, just as the parking area was easy to find, and is off the street and well protected. Overall a good stay.

This was the perfect Airbnb! We were walking distance to the bars in short north. The checkin process was explained perfectly so getting settled in was a breeze. Our unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect unit for an overnight stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The entire building and room was beautiful. Joe made check in and check out very easy. The rooftop patio overlooking downtown Columbus was so relaxing and amazing. This is the perfect amount of space for 1-3 people. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was extremely clean. Modern furnishings with great amenities including the rooftop patio. It's in a nice artsy area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. One of our favorite characteristics was how safe we felt. Parking was in a secure, underground garage and access to the building required the key FOB. We hated to leave after just one day. We travel to Columbus a few times a year and we will try to book this condo in the future.

this is a great location just around the corner from the main street where there are tons of cool restaurants, shops, bars, and the coolest record store i’ve ever been in. this was a great option for me and my man for just one night. it was cold when we went but i’m sure if we went in the warmer weather we would have made more use of the rooftop space too! would recommend.

Just as it seems in the pictures. He is a great host, place is extremely clean, high security, and it is very stylish. The only 2 downsides I would say from the experience is that the bedding/pillows are hard, which did not give me the best nights of sleep that I was there, and the walls are somewhat thin, like you would hear in a college dorm. I could easily hear music blasting from one of the rooms next door and people talking in the hallway while passing by.

Really recommend this place - fantastic value for price! It was sparkling clean, larger than expected, and nicely furnished. Also, the mattress was really nice (feels like it involved memory foam) and considering I'm recovering from a back injury it felt sooooo good. I miss it. Finally, the location was great! We were in walking distance from several great restaurants, breweries, a meadery, a hookah bar, coffee shops, and more. It was perfect for us and Joe was so great at quickly communicating with us. PS - The video that is included with the instructions is only about 30 seconds long and is easier than reading a page of directions. A video is worth a thousand words.

This place was SUPER clean and so stylish!! Patio on the top floor is insanely cute!! Make sure you go the the parking garage that says “Future Presidential” or something like that on the sign when you pull in- otherwise it’s the wrong parking garage LOL. Overall, this place was amazing, very secure and in a great location!
