We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Our home is a premier located accommodation in the heart of East German Village in Columbus. This amazing location puts you within walking distance of popular bars and restaurants like Planks, Parsons North Brewery, Comune, Crest and Nationwide Childrens Campus. This home is a mile away from downtown, a few miles from Short North, Campus and Grandview.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$15 charge for lost keys
- Clean your own personal clutter
- Take off your shoes
-Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest.
-Any unreported guests will be a double charge
-$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside
- Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down
- Quite hours are at 10:00pm to 7:00am
-Activity on the front porch/back lot must be suppressed by 10:00pm
-The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out
-$20 up front pet fee, and we also count pets as guest.
