We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This stunning downtown condominium conveniently located right between OSU Campus and Downtown Columbus. Enjoy easy access to all major highways, The Convention Center, Arena District and Downtown. The space boast luxurious living with a secure parking garage, a beautiful rooftop and high-end finishes such as hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry & granite counter tops.

The space

This space is hands down one of the very best in terms of location in all of Columbus. Our 1 bedroom condo with one queen bed, a pull out couch & air mattress has everything needed for one to five guests. The controlled access building displays best in class architecture with high-end design and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. There's a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix & free WiFi! Hardwood flooring throughout and floor to ceiling windows allow for lots of natural light. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while checking out downtown Columbus from the rooftop balcony. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. A modern shower is located inside the bathroom. All access to the build is highly secure with fob key technology to enter and exit. We provide one garage pass for parking in our garage at the base of the building. It must be returned upon checkout to avoid a fee.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

I really enjoyed staying at Joe’s place. It was clean, big, and super comfortable. I felt like I was at home right away. It was very secure and well-located within walking distance to OSU where I was visiting. It provided a great place to sleep and relax at night. I highly recommend it.

This was my very 1st Airbnb experience and I have to say that after it ended I definitely had a cigarette.... I do not want to go on and on about how fast Joe and his team replied to my endless barrage of rookie questions (“Whats the condo # again?”, “How do I use the parking card?”, “I think I lost my key fob.”) or how much patience Joe exhibited when faced with 1 text with 10 questions.... I refuse to tell you all how clean and safe the building is and how quite the neighbors are at night. Nor will I discuss the gorgeous brand new appliances that live in these modern, clean and classy condos - the dishwasher is the shit. The value - the location - the aesthetic pleasure of this space .... All of it can not be matched. But please don’t tell too many - Or else we will all lose out.

Really good location. walking distance to a lot of cafes and restaurants. very nice space, higher floor so get a great view with nice big windows. very clean space. comfortable and spacious. definitely recommend!

Joe’s place is like Columbus, the heart of it all. We were walking distance from some tasty shops like Northstar Cafe and Fox in the Snow, and we could easily walk to Goodale Park and take in the exhibits at the Pizzuti Collection (a must). The unit was tidy with great views of the Short North and even a view of the OSU stadium. Be sure to check out the roof deck on floor 7!

This place was perfect! It was conveniently located close to a number of restaurants, the highways and airport. Joe was a great host, checking was easy and there is underground parking. I’m hoping that he had availability the next time I’m in town!

This place is perfect if you're going to be in the downtown/short north area. It's amazingly clean and the pictures don't do it justice. The check in was so easy and Joe was always prompt with his responses.
