We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This private luxury home, located right in the heart of Short North, is only a few blocks from The Arts District on High Street. Walking distance to some of Columbus's favorite bars and restaurants like Standard Hall, Pint House, and Condado. It is also within walking distance to The Ohio State University, The Arena district, Convention Center and and Express Live.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down - Quite hours are at 10:00pm to 7:00am -Activity on the front porch/back lot must be suppressed by 10:00pm -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out -$20 up front pet fee, and we also count pets as guest.

The house was great! It was modern/stylish and clean. It had lots of room for large guests with an open first floor and a finished basement. Living room had an Alexa and Roku for all your viewing and listening needs. I cannot stress how great of a location this was. Walking distance to dozens of store, restaurants, and bars on the Short North and between OSU campus and downtown Columbus. You cannot go wrong here.

This home is as advertised, and more. It is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was convenient — the check-in, the communication, the location. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches in the home, from plenty of pillows and blankets to the hairdryer and shampoo to the coffee maker. It was my first Airbnb experience, and the next one will have big shoes to fill following this experience!
