We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with in suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet -$500 additional charge for smoking inside. $200 fee for noise complaints past 10PM -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

We ask our guests not to loiter in the parking lot after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests and long term tenants.

Ended up staying for night instead of 3 cause of event cancelation but the place was clean, spacious and near downtown would def come back if back in Cleveland!

Joe was an incredible host, with quick responses and made sure our check in was smooth. We arrived to our unit and we were surprised to find out it was three levels! A nice extra perk. Gave us more room and a little bang for our buck! The space was amazing, roomy and nicely designed and decorated. The beds were soo comfortable! Tall ceilings which made it feel even bigger! The community was nice as well, and we were so close to a lot of things we wanted to do! Thanks again and we will be back again!

Super clean and stylish place. Everything was provided for us and we didn’t want for anything. The location was great. We were in town for a Cavs game and it was less than 10 minutes to the stadium. Would definitely stay there again!

PHENOMENAL place to stay in Cleveland ! Very nice spacious and stylish home! Bathrooms was amazing, as well as the bedrooms ! Having your own personal garage is the perfect touch when there isn’t parking spaces available outside ! Love that it was 2.5 bathrooms ! If I ever come to back , I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Again Joe!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!What a great place to stay! Brand new unit, we really loved the place! There was everything we needed and had beautiful decor and AMAZING BEDS!!! Best place we have stayed by far. Had such a great experience with Joe he was a super host!!! Such a great value and close to everything!! We will be staying here again!!!
