Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside. $200 fee for noise complaints past 10PM -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run outWe ask our guests not to loiter in the parking lot after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests and long term tenants.

Great location and brand new, modern accommodations. We enjoyed the neighborhood and ease to get downtown and other sites around Cleveland. You will love it and feel at home!
Good location and a clean apartment. The host was readily available for any questions.
Awesome place to stay. Everything was cozy, clean and immaculate. Host was very quick in response. Definitely choosing this stay again when I'm back in Cleveland.
