We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with in suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -$20 upfront pet fee. Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside. $200 fee for noise complaints past 10PM-The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

We ask our guests not to loiter in the parking lot after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests and long term tenants.

If you are thinking of booking a stay in Cleveland, stop now and book this place! It is a beautiful brand new townhome style stay. The first thing that caught my attention was the smell of fresh wood upon entering and the beautiful decorations. Check in was super easy, Joe responded immediately via the app when I had questions, there is plenty of on street parking right outside of the building, the home is stocked with everything you could need to cook a nice dinner or have a relaxing night in watching movies, and overall this place felt like home for the days I was there. Also, the neighborhood is close to many fun Cleveland spots to explore. I will definitely be booking with Joe again!
