We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with in suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.

Guest access

Access is through the key pad on the front door/key cafe. All parking for the building is first come first serve for outdoor spots, additional cars can park on the street free of charge. Any car in the facility not in a parking space will be towed.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside. $200 fee for noise complaints past 10PM -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

We ask our guests not to loiter in the parking lot after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests and long term tenants.

Location is awesome! Clean modern apartment. Bed is comfortable but queen sized which is plenty for me. No TV service. But the tv has a few apps. The building is noisy can hear everything in the other apartments. Water pressure in shower is low. If you don’t have to contact them for anything they’ll give you $5 of the service fee back.

This location is phenomenal being so close to Downtown. Its about 20 mins to great places on the East Side and not too far from nice places on the West side. The unit was very clean, modern and stylish! I was very comfortable here. My only complaint is how extremely thin the walls are so you can hear everyone in their unit and anything that’s going on in the hallway. However this is a great location and worth the price which I found to be very reasonable especially considering the competition! I stayed here for 2 weeks in the winter until my apartment was done. I’m sure it will be amazing in warmer months, being able to enjoy the balcony space. Accessing your unit is very easy. I’m all about convenience and it was just that. Getting in contact with Joe is very easy. Cleaning crew is also very thorough. If they rented these units I’d consider living here. This is the place to stay!

Joe's place is same as shown in photos. The house was in very nice condition. The appliances were were new. The place is very nicely situated with good restaurants and coffee shops in 5 mins radius. I would love to stay here again.
