We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with in suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.

Guest access

Access is through the key pad on the front door/key cafe. All parking for the building is first come first serve for outdoor spots, additional cars can park on the street free of charge. Any car in the facility not in a parking space will be towed.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside. $200 fee for noise complaints past 10PM -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

We ask our guests not to loiter in the parking lot after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests and long term tenants.

Joe’s place was super clean and stylish! It looks exactly like the pictures. Location is great! It’s perfect for couples. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. Also, Joe was super great with quickly responding for whatever we needed. I definitely recommend staying at Joe’s place!

This place is lovely! Just a couple of note worthy things. Watch the video for check in instructions because it can be a bit confusing! Bed in our particular unit looked smaller and lower to the ground than it does in the photo. But the place was very very clean. Spotless!

Joe’s place was nice and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was a bit of confusion during the check in process due to a miscommunication about the key box. I ended up calling Joe and he was very helpful.

Joe’s place was great! Such a perfect location, walking distance to lots of cute bars and restaurants in the Ohio city area and less than a 10 minute drive to the flats and downtown Cleveland! The apartment was lovely and even nicer in person than in the pictures. Check-in process is so easy. I was late to check-in but Joe left the keycard right in a lock box at the entrance, making the check-in smooth. There was plenty of parking. And the inside was perfect! He left out two glasses of wine, a candle and small amenities throughout the apartment. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed for cooking as well. So clean and brand new. Definitely gonna stay there again!!

Absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful property for a perfect price. These apartments are beautiful smooth hard wood floors stainless steel appliances and the hot water in the shower is never ending. I’d definitely recommend staying here if your ever in Cleveland and need a nice clean place to relax look no further.
