We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with in suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.

Guest access

Access is through the key pad on the front door/key cafe. All parking for the building is first come first serve for outdoor spots, additional cars can park on the street free of charge. Any car in the facility not in a parking space will be towed.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside. $200 fee for noise complaints past 10PM -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

We ask our guests not to loiter in the parking lot after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests and long term tenants.

Sheik lodgings, very clean, all immunities provided. Very well kept, very clean and modern. They greeted us with wine glasses and corkscrew. Would stay again.

Joe's place was excellent. There was plenty of room, nice amenities, a super comfortable bed, and free parking. In the shower though, there was some confusion about which was the conditioner or the body wash, so I'd recommend bringing your own for an easier shower because I'm pretty sure I put body wash in my hair and not conditioner. Other than that I enjoyed this place very much. Close to a great tap room!

Great location not far from downtown. Right next to a wonderful dog friendly brewery and some pretty great restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Only wish I would have brought my pup with us!

The place was beautiful. I don’t remember reading about a balcony but there is one and it’s super nice to go out at night. It was very clean I would definitely come back here if I were to come to Cleveland again! Although the walls are very paperthin so you could hear the neighbors and everything
