We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Brand new luxury condo! Fully equipped 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with in suite laundry. Within minutes you can be at the famous West Side Market to visit local vendors selling fresh produce, meats, baked goods etc... Playhouse Square, Indians, Cavs, Browns and the Jack Casino are all nearby. Edgewater Beach on Lake Erie is less than 10 min away by car or a short 15 min bike ride.
Guest access
Access is through the key pad on the front door/key cafe. All parking for the building is first come first serve for outdoor spots, additional cars can park on the street free of charge. Any car in the facility not in a parking space will be towed.Amenities

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside. $200 fee for noise complaints past 10PM -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run outWe ask our guests not to loiter in the parking lot after 9pm to avoid disturbing other guests and long term tenants.

This place was exactly as pictured and beyond. I am very pleased with this place. Joe was great at communicating and timely. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in the area!

Minutes from one of the coolest neighborhoods in Cleveland -- Ohio City. One of the cleanest and absolutely the best value of any of my AirBnB stays.

Lovely place, everything we needed was supplied. Nice central location in Ohio city, and quieter than we expected for being on a busy road. Had a few issues checking in but Joe was very responsive.
Staying at Joe’s was absolutely FANTASTIC. Joe was very helpful and there when needed. I couldn’t believe how cheap the place comparing how fancy it is, well worth the money. Definitely will stay at Joe’s again in the future.
