We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Just across the Scioto River near shopping, museums, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. Adjacent to downtown and only steps from COSI, Scioto Mile and Genoa Park. Our beautiful condo or as we like to call it "The Conservatory" is a perfect place to get away for a nice vacation or a comfortable place to stay while on business.

The space

This space is equipped with brand new appliances as well as new, sleek furnishings. The bathroom is completely updated as well with a beautiful shower/shower head. This space is also equipped with a nice balcony with perfect view of the front courtyard!

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire Condo as well as the courtyard in the front of the building.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$40 up front pet fee and they must be added as guests -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

This place was a wonderful place. Before arriving we were notified that our place was not available due to cleaning issues. But joe made arrangements for us to stay in another room that was stylish and up to date. The only thing I would say is the room had a weird smell because of the greeny mirror in the living room. Also the dryer was a little complicated to figure out. Another thing is if you want to park in the parking garage you have to pay, but there is a street right across from the apartment that allows you to park for free. Other than that the place is a very wonderful place to stay at. I would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again.

Joe’s place was great! Very clean, safe, modern, and close to anywhere you need to be in downtown Columbus. Worth noting is that the Bed was much more comfortable than most AirBnB beds I have used in the past. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Joes place is in a great location downtown Columbus. It was super clean and comes with everything you need beside food to eat lol. I’m Just saying it’s a pretty cool place to stay if I must say so myself Thanks again Joe.

The unit was outstanding. Very clean and had a lot of accessories to help us enjoy our trip. The kitchen was amazing with just the right amount of pots and pans. The only thing I would have to show disappointment towards was the washer and dryer. My boyfriend decided to was a few things the night before we left but discovered the dryer was not hooked up to any gas source. Unfortunately he had to throw his damp shirts and socks away. Other than that I’d definitely stay in this unit again ! Thanks Joe, you were awesome :)
