We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Just across the Scioto River near shopping, museums, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. Adjacent to downtown and only steps from COSI, Scioto Mile and Genoa Park. Our beautiful condo or as we like to call it "The Roc" is a perfect place to get away for a nice vacation or a comfortable place to stay while on business.

The space

This space is equipped with brand new appliances as well as new, sleek furnishings. The bathroom is completely updated as well with a beautiful shower/shower head. This space is also equipped with a nice balcony with patio furniture!

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire Condo as well as the courtyard in the front of the building.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day.

-$30 charge for lost keys - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$40 up front pet fee and they must be added as guests -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $200 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out
