We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. At La Collina in Little Italy, not only are you enveloped in the most vibrant district in Cleveland, but you are immediately greeted with exceptionally designed living spaces. This five-story building is set in a historic neighborhood where fine cuisine, local bakeries, and quaint shops decorate the district.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

My girlfriend and I’s Vegas trip was cancelled and we were looking for something fun to do. Little Italy is rich in tradition and we were literally within steps of all the restaurants and bars. Great in town stay.
