We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. This is a private space, centrally located with a sleek, modern style perfect for any over night accommodation near downtown Columbus. Located in Short North only three blocks from High Street. Close to favorites like Standard Hall, Pint House & Condado. This property is also within walking distance to The Ohio State University Campus and The Arena District, home of the Blue Jackets and Express Live.

Modern and sleek home. It features a patio, full kitchen, dining area, living room, two private bedrooms, full bathroom, equipped with Netflix and related streaming services.

House Rules

House rules so you have them on hand: Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. - $150 charge for lost parking pass -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out
