House RulesHouse rules so you have them on hand: Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. - $150 charge for lost parking pass -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out
