Minutes from the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ball Park. Whether its for business or a vacation get away you will love everything this brand-new elegant spacious apartment has to offer!

The space

The apartments in the Heart of the business district are located in the historic Reakirt Building. Reakirt is a 10 story building, originally constructed in 1923 for offices. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Local Historic Building by the city of Cincinnati. The renovation preserved and restored the historic features of the building, such as the marble entry-way, while providing contemporary/high-end apartments and common areas. The units have a sleek, clean, contemporary design that maximizes open space even in the smallest units.

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests and pets staying as we have an extra charge -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, poop or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Pets costs $20 upfront per animal and must be counted as additional guests - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down - The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

Joe’s place was very dirty upon arrival. Which I found very odd given the fact that the unit is advertised as “extra clean and sterile.” There was no hand soap in the entire unit! There was hair all over the unit, including the bathroom and shower. One of the trash cans had trash from the previous guest. The internet barely worked the entire two weeks I was there. I contacted Joe and was told to reset the router. That did not fix the issue. There were no cleaning supplies i.e. broom, mop, vacuum, etc., to keep the unit clean during my stay. The location however is excellent. Within walking distance of anything you may need.
