Minutes from the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ball Park. Come take in all of the amazing history this city has to offer! A tour of the historic brewery district is only steps from the apartment.
The space
The apartments in the Heart of the business district are located in the historic Reakirt Building. Reakirt is a 10 story building, originally constructed in 1923 for offices. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Local Historic Building by the city of Cincinnati. The renovation preserved and restored the historic features of the building, such as the marble entry-way, while providing contemporary/high-end apartments and common areas. The units have a sleek, clean, contemporary design that maximizes open space even in the smallest units.Interaction with guests

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, waste or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out4 Reviews on Airbnb
