The space

The apartments in the Heart of the business district are located in the historic Reakirt Building. Reakirt is a 10 story building, originally constructed in 1923 for offices. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Local Historic Building by the city of Cincinnati. The renovation preserved and restored the historic features of the building, such as the marble entry-way, while providing contemporary/high-end apartments and common areas. The units have a sleek, clean, contemporary design that maximizes open space even in the smallest units.

Very beautiful apartment! Highly updated and spacious one bed room! Very clean as well. The host was responsive and also nice. He was accommodating to pets also which is is a huge plus for me. I will book again.

My stay here at Joes wonderful, stylish and clean place was very cozy and comfortable. We stayed here an entire week and are very grateful to have had been accommodated for all of our necessities during all of this virus madness. Joe was very helpful and made sure the place was sparkling clean and stocked. It was very cozy and the bed was absolutely the best mattress ever. We will for sure be returning

One of the newest and nicest airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment was incredibly clean and recently remodeled - everything is totally brand new. There are great amenities available - plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, and any kitchen items you would need. If you're looking to stay in the heart of downtown, the location literally cannot be beat. Restaurants, bars, and everything you'd want to explore right outside your doorstep.
