The space
The apartments in the Heart of the business district are located in the historic Reakirt Building. Reakirt is a 10 story building, originally constructed in 1923 for offices. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Local Historic Building by the city of Cincinnati. The renovation preserved and restored the historic features of the building, such as the marble entry-way, while providing contemporary/high-end apartments and common areas. The units have a sleek, clean, contemporary design that maximizes open space even in the smallest units.Interaction with guests

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us before hand to ensure an easy check in. If message/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$15 charge for lost keys - Clean your own personal clutter - Take off your shoes -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge - There is a $20 upfront pet fee and additional guest pet fee per night -$200 additional charge for urine, vomit, waste or smoking inside - Vacuum/Sweep/Freshen extra if you bring a pet - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out6 Reviews on Airbnb
