We are doing everything in our power to fight back against COVID-19, check out photo #2 and #3. Unit 7. This standalone building offers 8 units that have been sterilized with hospital grade germicidal & bleaching products. In addition, each of these brand new units have never been stayed in and are a new ductless construction design resulting in minimal transfer of air that may benefit your physicians and doctors that need somewhere safe to stay while caring for your patients.

House Rules

Hours of customer service operations are 8 AM-10 PM local. If you are arriving outside of those hours please be sure to connect with us beforehand to ensure an easy check in. If messages/requests are received during hours we are closed please expect a reply at the start of next business day. -$30 charge for lost keys -$200 fee for lost or taken garage door opener - Be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise level down at all times -Be accurate about the amount of guests staying, there is a $10 additional charge per guest. -Any unreported guests will be a double charge -$200 additional charge human waste not in toilet - $500 additional charge for smoking inside -The house is stocked with toiletries but if guests are staying for more than four nights they must purchase their own after ours run out

To start off with, I scheduled my trip the day before, so I was surprised coming in at first because of such the short notice but it was an amazing experience. Directions was easy, but coming into the driveway, it was a little rocky, gravel, really.. But the view is great because I could see my car from my room. Retrieving our keys was easy, and getting into our unit. Walking into our unit, it was a warm feeling and it also reminded me exactly of the pictures. It was sparkling clean, decorated perfectly, and welcoming. At first our remote wasn’t working, so I messaged joe. He was a quick responder and even came to the unit to further help. The problem was super easy, just a switch we missed. When the Tv was up and running that’s when I noticed how nice the picture was. The bed was comfortable, the stove was a beauty, as well as the utensils. He definitely reached above our expectations, We had an amazing trip.

Very unique design. Great place very close to Case Western. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating.
